There are Woofstock festivals, often including music, for people and their pets all across the United States and a particularly big one in Toronto, Canada. Among the U.S. cities: Capital Region/Scotia, NY (June 7): 5th Annual Woofstock Music Festival, Kennebunk, Maine (July 25): Animal Welfare Society festival, Glen Allen, VA (Oct. 3); Richmond Animal League festival. Glen Carbon, IL (Oct. 17, 2026): Metro East Humane Society festival, Tucson, AZ  (approx. early April).
